Terms of Use

Submissions

Submitting work to Pinko Press does not constitute an offer of publication, nor does it create any contractual obligation on the part of Pinko Press. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.

If your submission is accepted, we will contact you with a full publication agreement before any work is published or committed to print. No rights are transferred and no publication is agreed until a written agreement has been signed by both parties.

We reserve full editorial rights over any work we publish, including the right to request revisions as a condition of publication. Acceptance is subject to the final edited text meeting our editorial standards.

Your responsibilities

By submitting, you confirm that the work is your own original writing and that you hold all rights necessary to submit it for publication. You agree to inform us immediately if the work is accepted elsewhere while under consideration with us.

You may not submit work that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, or that contains unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

Pinko Press accepts no liability for the loss of submitted files or data. We recommend you retain copies of everything you send us.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit work through our portal, we collect: your writer name, your email address, your cover letter, and your manuscript file. If you provide a pen name, we collect that too.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or advertising technology on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use your information solely to evaluate your submission and to communicate with you about it. We will not use your email address to send you marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except where required to do so by law. Your manuscript and contact details remain confidential within Pinko Press.

How long we keep it

Submissions we decline are deleted within six months of our response. Submissions we accept are retained for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
